Organisational Acumen for High Performing Leaders

Give leaders the wider perspective they need to collaborate, innovate and lead through complexity.

This program is about developing a wider perspective for leaders. Building their confidence in the language of business, financial literacy, awareness of risk, the larger business context, cross-functional cohesion so they can lead inclusive teams, grow business and make good decisions.

We develop a common language across the leader cohort and clearly link what they experience and learn in the simulation to their real-life collaborations and decisions to encourage immediate application and habit building

“All areas of our business are interconnected, and Wyda accelerated our cross-functional leaders’ understanding of each other’s role and their collaboration as a team. The more we can do that, the better our business will be; no matter what challenges we come up against. Wyda is a really great way to engage busy people with learning in an interactive way.”
