We have worked with Wyda to develop the business acumen and data literacy skills of our Sales & Service teams, two of the skills we identified as being critical to remain competitive. Working with Wyda was a great experience that greatly benefited our Sales and Service teams. From the outset, their professionalism and innovative approach set a high standard.

Starting with Business Acumen for Sales:

Initially we rolled out their Meet the C-Suite program [Wyda Perspective] which provided our junior sales team a deep understanding the C-Suite landscape including their roles & responsibilities. Increasing their business acumen on this topic has helped our junior sales teams’ partner with their customers in a more consultative way and to provide more focused and strategically aligned solutions to them.

Growing the Partnership to Custom Data Literacy:

Based on the success of the program we engaged Wyda again to build a custom data literacy program. This program was extended to all our sales teams as well as our customer service teams, with different streams and levels for each to ensure we were able to meet the learner where they were with their current data literacy skills.

During the scoping and build phases of this program Wyda worked closely with us to understand the needs and workings of our business to ensure the program was super relevant, engaging and also easily transferrable into the day to day working of our teams.

 Outcomes of the Programs

Both programs have led to a noticeable improvement in our team’s abilities.

Overall, our experience with Wyda has been transformative, and we are extremely satisfied with the partnership.

Their dedication to our success and their impact on our staff’s professional growth make them a highly recommended partner for any organisation looking to enhance their capabilities and achieve exceptional results.

In the words of some Seek employees:

“Just having a greater overall knowledge in different business streams enables me to be able to speak to different industries or role requirements with my clients.” – Drew

“Decisions you make don’t solely effect your area of the business, a wider lens needs to be considered. These decisions can have a ripple effect, whether you meant them to or not.” – Jackson

“Now I have a clear insight as to how many people from different departments may be involved in a simple decision such as buying a new Ad budget or providing new branded imagery, in larger organizations it’s multiple.” – Jesse
