Phoebe’s experience covers a range of sectors including technology, consulting, and financial services, and she’s an expert in guiding and nudging professionals to get the most out of their own personal learning experiences.

His multidisciplinary journey, spanning systems engineering, human-centered design and business strategy, allows him to help Wyda bridge the gaps between user desirability, technical feasibility and business viability.

Having studied Positive Psychology and Flow under the guidance of the late Dr. Csikzsentmihalyi, Wook is passionate about curating human experiences that fuel individual excellence, while emphasizing the bigger perspective around the significance of togetherness.

Together we believe

Our purpose is to practically increase equality, democratise knowledge and bring diversity of thought into the workplace, leading to better outcomes for all.

Education changes
everything

But not on its own. It takes people – with common goals and diverse perspectives seeking to learn and grow together, with commitment to put their learning into action. We believe in removing the traditional elitism from business education.

Business can be
better

Business has a powerful influence on people, communities and the world at large.
We know it hasn’t yet lived up to its full potential to use its powers for the common good. We believe high perfomance and doing good are not conflicting goals.

It's still about the
people

In the age of AI, meaningful human connection is critical to business success. Connection, empathy, nuance, judgement, critical thinking, trust, and vulnerability underpin your future.

Our values guide our actions.

We approach everything with these big values in mind, finding ways to incorporate lofty ideals into practical and tangible actions, bringing them to life in the flow of our work.

Brave

Be afraid, and then do it anyway. Take intelligent risks, think big and back yourself. Figure out what you stand for, then speak up and talk truth to power. That’s our commitment to you, because if you haven’t put it all out there, then what have you really been doing?

Impact

Do what matters the most, what makes the biggest difference for our clients. By connecting ideas and deep expertise we help you make the right decisions, more often. This builds capability and confidence, and acts as a force multiplier for good, setting you up for success when we leave.

Compassion

By listening deeply and placing progress over perfection, we help others realise their greater potential. Remembering that humanity is a feature, we keep empathy alive in everything we do.

Real

Stay grounded, pragmatic and tackle the world with authenticity, and humility. Using evidence-based approaches with proven results, prioritise substance over sizzle and always keep it straight, direct and to the point.

Curious

Remain alert, curious and determined to explore new ground. Maintaining a sense of wonder allows us to ask; how might we, why not, what if, and what might be next…?

Optimistic

Assume good intent until proven otherwise, and even then, remain optimistic. Keep an open mind and try to discover what’s really going on. Never lose sight of what’s possible.

Challenging the status quo, in what we do and how we learn.

Wyda really began in 2013, when Kate Kesby left a successful corporate career to become an Executive Coach, advisor and facilitator and built a team to help clients change behaviour for better outcomes.

Her experience had included finance, sales, commercial operations, leadership and transformation, however it was her curiosity about human beings and how to bring out the best in people under pressure or change that really motivated her.

Over the years, Kate saw the gap between the real-world experience of executive decision making, with staff, suppliers, partners simplified perception of how decisions are made, creating frustration, cynicism and misalignment.

Across industries and markets Kate observed intelligent, engaged people struggling to lead effectively, or elevate their business conversations because they lacked a breadth of commercial acumen and perspective. No matter how many years they’d worked in the business they were, in effect, constrained by their own siloed expertise.

The problem was commercial acumen wasn’t proactively taught, being developed instead through years of experience and exposure to different organisations, from customers and suppliers to regulators and partners. So, Kate created an immersive business simulation that quickly gave leaders, sales teams and professional consultants the breadth of experience they needed to build commercial acumen and client empathy.

This gave people a wider, more balanced perspective of business as a whole, and truly helped to close the knowledge gap. Wyda Perspective™ was launched in 2020, and it’s now at the centre of our business – activating your employees’ knowledge, delivering the perspective they’d take years to achieve otherwise, and helping them grow your business faster, from the inside out.

Fast forward to today and our team have developed a suite of services that solve real-world problems for leaders, sales teams, professional services, and the customers they serve.
